SFX230E – Honda car failed to stop before a stop line and caused obstruction to other road users along Boon Lay Way on 20 Aug 2026 at 7:38am.
Under the Road Traffic Act (RTA), for failing to come to a complete stop before a mandatory stop line or junction, the offence carries a fine of S$150 and 4 demerit points; and for obstructing the flow of traffic, the offence carries a fine of S$150 and 4 demerit points in Singapore.
