BYD car got seriously hit at the rear by a delivery lorry along Upper Aljunied Road on 21 Oct 2026 at 10:28pm.
Under the Road Traffic Act (RTA), for careless driving endangering life, the offence carries a fine of S$200 and 6 demerit points; and for reckless or dangerous driving, the offence carries 24 demerit points and prosecution in court, in Singapore.
