A car owner is complaining and requesting witness to a hit & run accident involving his vehicle, happened on 13 Feb 2019, between 5.45pm to 6.30pm, at Blk124 Toa Payoh Lor 1 carpark. According to a witness who contacted him, it was a “white colour” parked beside his vehicle, when driving off from the carpark lot, hit a Volvo brand vehicle first, and followed by his vehicle.
