A Facebook user had posted an appeal for witness for a fatal accident involving his grand father who had passed away..
The accident happened on the 13th August 2019, at about 1.23pm, somewhere at the zebra crossing between Tampines Ave 10 and Tampines Industrial Ave 3.
Based on the latest update, the involving driver was arrested by police, however more evidence is require for a swifter prosecution.
Anyone with any information may contact the Traffic Police directly or the Facebook user.

APPEAL FOR WITNESSES
My dear grandfather passed away in a hit and run accident on a zebra crossing between Tampines Ave 10 and Tampines Industrial Avenue 3, at 1.23pm on Tuesday, 13 August 2019.
He was hit by a prime mover with an attached trailer. We are sad, shocked and in disbelief. My Grandfather was a strong, healthy and kind man who would have turned 82 years old in a few days.
The police has launched an investigation but unfortunately we do not have adequate footage of the accident.
We are appealing for anyone who might have been in the area, or have any information that can help the police in the investigation, and help my family come to a closure.
