A man posted in Facebook exclaimed angrily that he was issued with a fine for smoking out of a yellow box around Grange Road area in Orchard Road district. According to him, he got one leg inside the approved Yellow Smoking Zone, and one leg outside.. but still he was issued with a Notice of Offense Ticket by an NEA officer.. .
