A man posted in Facebook exclaimed angrily that he was issued with a fine for smoking out of a yellow box around Grange Road area in Orchard Road district. According to him, he got one leg inside the approved Yellow Smoking Zone, and one leg outside.. but still he was issued with a Notice of Offense Ticket by an NEA officer.. . Over the eve of Chinese Lunar New Year, several sources reported a group of motorcyclists riding on Malaysia highway, committed several traffic offenses along the way, such as speeding, riding on emergency lane (or expressway road shoulder) and even deliberately masked their bike license plates to avoid being caught on police camera, etc. The article was shared on our Facebook group – “Complaint Singapore“, and received a lot of negative comments and reactions!
