An anonymous member of our COMPLAINT SINGAPORE Facebook group sent us videos showing a group of young people congregating at Blk 53 and 54 Lengkok Bahru open carpark area on 29 November 2021, at about 12.00am to 1.20am. According to the complainant, there were 2 motorcycles: FBC5668B (with a probationary plate) and FBF8042X creating lots of noise pollution and nuisance when the bikers are riding around the vicinity.
