An anonymous member of our COMPLAINT SINGAPORE Facebook group sent us videos showing a group of young people congregating at Blk 53 and 54 Lengkok Bahru open carpark area on 29 November 2021, at about 12.00am to 1.20am.
According to the complainant, there were 2 motorcycles: FBC5668B (with a probationary plate) and FBF8042X creating lots of noise pollution and nuisance when the bikers are riding around the vicinity.

Riders on FBF8042X were also spotted not wearing any safety helmet and face mask when riding the motorcycle around.
Not only that, the group were also spotted not wearing their face masks when they were standing around the shelter walkway area, and chatting among themselves.

Complainant had reported the incident to Singapore Police Force (SPF) and Land Transport Authority (LTA) for further investigation and pending for action soon.
