A member of our “COMPLAINT SINGAPORE” Facebook group sent us a video showing a ComfortDelGro taxi – SHC 1851 T, failed to signal when changing lane along Upper Bukit Timah Road towards Hillview Road & subsequently drove across double continuous white lines, on 20 Sept 2021 at about 12.40pm.

Under the Road Traffic Act (RTA), the offence for changing lane without signaling is a $70 fine for light vehicles; and the penalty for crossing double white lines or a road divider is a fine of S$150 and 4 demerit point in Singapore.
