Man Spotted Pouring Unknown Fluid Down From A HDB Unit

An anonymous member of our “COMPLAINT SINGAPOREFacebook group sent us a video to show a neighbour staying above him, pouring unknown fluid down from his HDB unit at Blk 612B Punggol Drive, Singapore 822612 – Damai Grove estate.

According to the complainant, the said fluid smelled like urine with a foul smell.
Despite complainant had confronted the man before, the man continued with his inconsiderate act.

According to the complainant, the incident had occurred for a period exceeding one year, with no action by any government agency or authority so far.

Hopefully, this video can raise awareness and bring possible enforcement action against the errant neighbour.

Complainant informed us that he had reported the incident to NEA – National Environment Agency, pending their investigation and official action against the errant neighbour.

“Under the Environmental Public Health Act, stiff penalties can be meted out for high-rise littering offences. The maximum fine for each littering act is $2,000 for the first court conviction, $4,000 for the second conviction and $10,000 for the third or subsequent conviction.

The court may also issue a Corrective Work Order in addition to any court fines meted out.”
