An anonymous member of our “COMPLAINT SINGAPORE” Facebook group sent us a video to show a neighbour staying above him, pouring unknown fluid down from his HDB unit at Blk 612B Punggol Drive, Singapore 822612 – Damai Grove estate. According to the complainant, the said fluid smelled like urine with a foul smell. Despite complainant had confronted the man before, the man continued with his inconsiderate act.
