An anonymous member of our “COMPLAINT SINGAPORE” Facebook group sent us some photographs showing a hair-like item found inside a Belgium Chocolate Bun purchased from a “Swee Heng Bakery” branch at Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange, #01-04.

According to the complainant, the Belgium Chocolate Bun was purchased on 15 September 2021 at about 12.49pm. After consuming halfway, a white hair-line foreign item was found in the said bun.
Fortunately, the complainant spotted the foreign item and did not consumed it.
Subsequently, complainant did approached the said “Swee Heng Bakery” branch and raised the issue with the staff.
The staff just provided complainant with the Manager’s mobile number, after complainant called the number, the Manager just simply apologized, but do not offer any remedy or compensation of any kind.
Complainant would like to report this incident and raised awareness with everyone.
