An Employer From Hell?

An employer of a newly-transferred helper in Singapore, is facing a dilemma due to the problems caused by the previous employer of the said helper..

According to her Facebook post, the said previous employer owes her new helper some outstanding salary, as claimed by the new helper.

After the transfer of the helper is approved by MOM – Ministry of Manpower (Singapore), the previous employer was uncooperative, and still holding the helper’s passport, and subsequently went contactable!

I seriously need to post this and complain. PLEASE READ AND ADVISE ME!

There’s this employer who introduced her helper to me for a transfer. So I interviewed the helper and I liked her.
I went thru her application & got the security bond and everything has been approved she got her IPA already then last minute the employer telling me she want to send her back? Like WTF????

The helper that I hiring is telling me that her employer didn’t give her salary deducted her first 3 months salary.
Saying that she never get paid the first 3 months reason is her employer deducted her first 3 months because of the insurance , medical and whatever expenses she paid to MOM but the fact is EMPLOYERS ARE NOT SUPPOS TO DEDUCT THOSE FROM HELPER!!!

And now the very last the very last month this month of May the helper also have not get paid at all.
Anyways, the transfer to me has been approved! And last night around midnight she bring the helper out of the house and the helper come to my house in the middle of the night!!!!!

She’s here with me now.
Her passport is still with that employer!
I tried to contact that employer but that employer freaking blocked me.

Apparently that employer made her come over my house then cancel her permit.
She’s giving me as a new employer a very hard time and literally bullying the helper.
I just want the world to see what kind of a person she is. DO NOT WORK FOR HER SHE IS A SCAM TO HELPERS HERE SHE DON’T RESPECT THE HELPER HERE AND ME AS THE EMPLOYER.

Anyways, what do I do now? Please advise me as helper is here with me now in my house her IPA all approved under my name but that previous employer go and canceled her permit and now she has until jun 1. Idk why also!!

Also her passport is with the ex employer and salary have not been taken.
