An anonymous complaint was submitted in regards to an incident relating to Grab Hitch service in Singapore. The person (likely the driver) who posted it, is asking everyone to be careful of the said rider (passenger) who had placed a hitch booking via the Grab app. According to him, the rider had earlier agreed to the ride with 1 person to share, but upon the driver’s arrival, the booking was abruptly canceled. . A wheelchair-bound complainant posted her unhappiness on Facebook, in regards to her ride on a 858 SMRT public bus recently. According to her, the said bus driver, when lowering the wheelchair ramp kept questioning her why she never take the 911 bus before his bus arrived.. as both buses are heading the same directions too.
