According to the complainant, on 18th June 2021 at about 11.30am, she purchased a big steamed pork bun ( “猪肉大包” ) from the said outlet. As soon as she reached home, and gave her child a bite at the bun, there was a terrible stench and taste like rotten pork.

Complainant do not mind about the money spent on the bun, but worry about the rotten bun causing food poisoning to her child and other diners.

She would like to question the hygiene and storage process of the said retailer, and wish to raise awareness to everyone.

NOTE:
Complainant informed she will be bringing back the item to the retailer at a later time, and will update us on their reply soon. Stay tune to this article for more updates.
