Unreasonable Grab Rider?

A female rider complained about her bad experience with a Grab driver today.

In the post, she explained that somehow the pickup location set in the app was incorrect, and she was unable to change the location. Upon the Grab car’s arrival, the driver told the rider to pay additional S$5.

According to the rider, the said Grab driver was rude and even threatened her..

Took this private car this morning as I need to rush my dad FROM NTF hospital to MTE novena. But then the apps state MTE Orchard I texted the driver no reply. When he came I told him then he ask me changed the destination. Which i couldn’t the CHANGE IS GREY OUT! Then he insisted I’ve to pay extra I said OK how much more, he said $20 instead of $15. I’ve travel from n to this location before is not $20. He was super rude keep shouting n ask me see the Grab TnC I dont want to as I was on the line with Grab CS. He also threatened me a few times n ignore the advise from Grab CS n manually added $5!! Still dare tell me I wont charge u any extra la just $5. Goodness this is the 1st time I’ve gotten such a Driver. Grab should give him some SPECIAL TREATMENT!
